Choose your cardsEach player draws or chooses one Fishling card without showing the others.
2
Pick a categoryThe starting player chooses a value that is clearly shown on every card in the round.
3
RevealEveryone turns over their card together. The strongest value wins the round.

Keep it friendly. The game is about enjoying the collection, not deciding which angler is “better”. A tiny first Perch can be the most important card in somebody’s deck.
